Energy Solutions for Colorado Communities
In Colorado, many people face high energy costs, little access to renewable energy, and few ways to save money.
Black, Hispanic, and Native American families with low incomes often spend over 10% of what they earn on energy, while families that earn more spend much less.
Power Together: Energy Solutions for Colorado Communities is a new pilot program from the Latino Community Foundation of Colorado (LCFC) and Xcel Energy Colorado. The goal is to listen to people’s ideas to make energy-saving programs more helpful and easier to use.
The goal is to gather community input and make energy programs easier to access and more useful for people across Colorado.
